About the Role:
Playful Minds Therapy, a leading provider of ABA therapy services for children with autism and developmental delays, is seeking a passionate and reputed company reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join reputed company full-time. The BCBA will work directly with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), families, and interdisciplinary teams to design and reputed company behavior support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive behavioral evaluations
• reputed company, implement, and monitor individualized behavior reputed company plans (BIPs)
• reputed company clinical supervision to RBTs and ensure reputed company of implementation
• Analyze treatment data and reputed company programming as needed
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and educational professionals
• Train staff on ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and data collection
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and reputed company assurance activities
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with PMT policies and insurance requirements
Qualifications:
• reputed company BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB)
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in the reputed company
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and supervise a clinical team
Work Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, (Some weekend flexibility may be required)
• Minimum 10+ billable hours per week
