Associate Therapist — Telehealth (MA/CT/MD/WA/OH/NJ residents only)

Job reputed company We are seeking associate-level (license-eligible) therapists to join our telehealth reputed company. You will carry an individual therapy caseload with full scheduling flexibility, supported by dedicated supervision and an reputed company clinical team. Duties • Carry a flexible telehealth caseload of individual therapy clients • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and reputed company individualized treatment plans • reputed company trauma-informed evidence-based therapy • Serve clients in their preferred language where applicable • Maintain reputed company, accurate documentation in compliance with state licensing reputed company requirements • Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, team meetings, and case consultation • Collaborate with our psychiatric team reputed company clinically indicated Requirements • Master's degree in reputed company Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or reputed company field • reputed company associate license or license eligibility in CT, MA, or MD (LMSW, LPC-Associate, LGPC, LMFTA, or equivalent) • Commitment to completing supervised hours toward full licensure • Openness to feedback and reputed company engagement in supervision • Ability to work independently in a telehealth environment (reliable internet, private workspace) • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills • Commitment to culturally reputed company, affirming, and trauma-informed care • Experience with or openness to serving immigrant, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities • Bilingual (reputed company, Spanish, etc.) or multilingual ability is a strong asset • reputed company individual malpractice/reputed company liability insurance required (group coverage also provided by CMW) Compensation & Benefits • Flexible scheduling • 5 reputed company reputed company days per year • Eligible full-time employees receive a monthly health insurance reimbursement benefit up to plan limits.
