Pay-Per-Visit ModelAssociate Therapists • Intake / Psychotherapy Evaluation (60 min): $50 • Established Patient Psychotherapy (40 min): $40 • Established Patient Psychotherapy (20 min): $30 • Family/Couples Therapy (60 min): $50 2.
