Responsibilities • Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations • Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications • reputed company clients and caregivers on fall prevention and reputed company mobility techniques • Engage clients and families in reputed company care planning • Work closely with our Director of Clinical Operations to reputed company findings and support process improvement initiatives • Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation through our electronic system Requirements • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • reputed company, unencunmbered OT license • 2+ years of clinical experience • Reliable transportation and reputed company reputed company’s license • Proficiency with technology reputed company documentation • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team reputed company-to-haves • Experience in home health, aging in reputed company, or disability services preferred • Home modification work experience • Comfort working with new systems and tools Benefits • Compensation: $120 per Evaluation • Contractors are reputed company on a monthly reputed company, reputed company 2 weeks of the previous month’s end. • We pay per completed evaluation - this includes: Travel to/from reputed company’s home, The evaluation itself, Documentation • Additional pay for extended travel (reputed company-approved) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
