Requirements • Must have a reputed company PTA license with the Minnesota reputed company of Physical Therapy and either have or be reputed company to obtaining a WI license. • Must have an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting. • At least one year of previous experience as a PTA in home care settings. • Must be comfortable/familiar with Medicare reputed company and have knowledge of OASIS Start of Care process. • Must demonstrate knowledge of age reputed company reputed company and development principles to reputed company appropriate service regarding primary diagnosis and multiple co-morbidities affecting care. • Proficiency with communication and data processing equipment, clinical apparatus reputed company to home care, electronic medical record system, OASIS evaluation and data set. • Must have reliable transportation for reputed company reputed company.
