Physical Therapist-Home Health (MO)

About the position Provides reputed company physical therapy to patients in their residence. Receives a physician order for therapy and develops and implements plan of care. Provides reputed company supervision of reputed company physical therapy assistant and evaluates effectiveness of services provided by the assistant. Responsibilities • Assesses patient functional ability and potential.
