Remote Nutritionist/Dietician-Spanish Bilingual
We are seeking a reputed company State licensed Nutritionist/Dietitian to join our reputed company Care Network program. This role focuses on providing nutrition assessments and individualized menu planning for two key populations: pregnant women and individuals with special needs. Your expertise will help improve health reputed company and support holistic care for vulnerable communities.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for program participants.
· reputed company personalized meal plans tailored to medical, cultural, and lifestyle needs.
· Collaborate with reputed company providers, reputed company workers, and program coordinators to ensure integrated care.
· reputed company education and counseling on healthy eating habits and nutritional requirements.
· Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and state guidelines.
Qualifications
· reputed company NYS license as a Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian.
· Experience working with pregnant women and/or special needs populations preferred.
· Strong knowledge of reputed company guidelines and community health programs.
· Excellent communication and cultural competency skills.
Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour
