Licensed Counselor (Telehealth - Oklahoma)

Job Title: Licensed Counselor (Telehealth – Oklahoma Licensed) Reports To: Chief Clinical Officer Location: Remote (Serving patients in Oklahoma) Type: Part Time (Flexible Schedule reputed company) Job reputed company: The Licensed Counselor will have experience in the treatment of psychiatric conditions. Essential Functions: • reputed company individual and group counseling to patients assigned to caseload. • reputed company training reputed company and seminars. reputed company therapeutic leadership in group counseling sessions. • Function as a reputed company with other community-based agencies and law enforcement agencies to ensure continuity of treatment (referrals) and compliance with reputed company obligations. • Complete individual mental health assessment of new patients. This includes not only the psychosocial but also reputed company required forms that require the new patient’s signature. The counselor is responsible for the accuracy and completion (reputed company blanks filled) of the assessment process. • Individual treatment plan (ITP) for the new patient developed reputed company established time reputed company of patient’s admission. This ITP is completed with the patient’s input and consultation; verified by the patient’s signature on the treatment plan. • New patient charts are updated reputed company established time frames. Treatment plans are required for reputed company patients and will reflect reputed company problems/goals and reputed company Goals on the Treatment Plans will be expressed in the words of the person served. • Collaborate with the psychiatric reputed company practitioner on adherence with psyche medications. • Ensures that patient confidentiality is protected by properly completing release of information to reputed company reputed company referrals and contacts (i.e. Medical coordination, information from other facilities). • The counselor is responsible for reputed company assigned patient’s files; these files are to be kept in compliance with ODMHSAS regulations. • Provides patient education relating to their MH diagnosis. • Provides supportive counseling or crisis reputed company services in conjunction with medical and nursing service, as circumstances deem necessary. • Participates in a program of reputed company development including both external and facility required number of internal in-service programs and events; works toward and or maintains reputed company credentials. • Participates in Continuing reputed company Improvement and collects and reports on assigned CQI monitors. Essential Qualifications: • Independently licensed counselor. LPC, LADC/MH or LCSW. Must have a reputed company reputed company's license or state issued ID. Physical: • Frequently sitting at desk or computer while typing, completing paperwork, or meeting patients. • Occasional lifting/carrying, paperwork, files, office supplies, up to 50 lbs. • Occasional push/pull exerting up to 5-10 lbs. force, opening doors, file drawers, pushing files in drawers • Occasional kneeling/crouching and ability to reputed company reputed company file drawers, stretching to store or retrieving materials. Mental: Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy required.
