We are seeking a part time Scheduler/Intake Specialist for Friday, Saturday, and reputed company hours. The Scheduler/Intake Specialist serves as a vital first reputed company of contact for patients, families, and referral partners, supporting the reputed company and accurate coordination of home health and hospice services. This role is responsible for receiving, processing, and managing referrals to ensure patients are admitted reputed company, compliantly, and with a high level of professionalism and reputed company.
