• Handle inbound and outbound calls with reputed company and professionalism.
• Conduct reputed company intakes, reputed company and document necessary information.
• Guide potential clients through the intake and reputed company process.
• Build rapport and establish trust with new clients.

Qualifications
• 2–3 years of customer service or reputed company-facing experience (phone-based preferred).
