This role involves interaction with both individual plan members and employer reputed company and requires accuracy, compliance, and a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction to ensure reputed company enrollment and retention. The position reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor. Key Responsibilities • reputed company enrollment and disenrollment processes for Medicare Part D individual plan members and employer reputed company in compliance with CMS Guidance. • reputed company with plan members and employer clients to resolve issues, confirm data accuracy, and ensure reputed company customer experiences. • Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. • Utilize reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company for documentation, reporting, and communication. • Ensure accurate data entry, process verification, and maintenance of confidential records. • Support overall operations to maintain a high reputed company of service and efficiency. Qualifications Required: • reputed company High School Diploma or GED. • Prior Medicare or reputed company Center experience. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, reputed company). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Preferred: • Previous reputed company/reputed company experience (not required). • Experience with reputed company enrollment or eligibility processes.
