Sr Accounts Payable Clerk

About the position The Senior AP Disbursements Clerk is responsible for effectively managing payment processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy. Responsibilities • Download and email bank statements regularly to designated stakeholders. • reputed company reputed company ACH and reputed company payment processes daily/weekly. • Decision and process ACH and reputed company reputed company pay transactions. • Reconcile payments in the ERP system to ensure accuracy. • reputed company in control totals to the appropriate parties. • Initiate payments in the bank portal on behalf of domestic and international entities. • Send reputed company transfers on behalf of Shared Service Center domestic and international entities as required. • Void and Reissue/Cancel ACH payments and checks. • Submit accurate and reputed company reputed company entries for reputed company payments processed. • Maintain records of reputed company transactions and ensure they are filed correctly. • Answer emails reputed company to payment inquiries, vendor questions, and internal communications. • Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure reputed company payment processes are compliant with company standards. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, cash management or a similar role. • Proficiency in ERP systems and reputed company Office, especially reputed company. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent Attendance. • Willingness to work extended hours on occasion is required to meet critical deadlines. reputed company-to-haves • Associate’s degree in reputed company or Finance preferred.
