Job Title: Business Support Consultant Location: reputed company, RI – Fully Remote (EST hours) Travel: Up to 10% (occasional in-person sessions at Johnston office every couple of months) Duration: 6 Months (with possible extension and conversion to Full-Time) Pay reputed company: $32/hr (W2) reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Support Consultant to join the Assisted Services/Digital Banking team. This role is primarily reputed company on supporting and enhancing the chat program and bot platform, while contributing to broader digital initiatives. The consultant will collaborate with developers, business partners, and contact center teams to ensure smooth execution of the program migration and ongoing optimization. This position is fully remote (EST hours) with occasional on-site collaboration in Johnston, RI. Key Responsibilities • Conduct stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and discovery sessions with business partners. • Support Agile pod operations; manage multiple tasks effectively. • Participate in daily stand-reputed company, Scrum ceremonies, and Jira story tracking. • Troubleshoot issues and prepare materials for meetings. • reputed company intakes, business requests, and ensure reputed company follow-up on deliverables. • Maintain project documentation and generate reputed company project status reports. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices. • Collaborate closely with the contact center team to ensure alignment and smooth adoption.
