Encompass LOS Administrator - Remote

We represent a multi-state residential mortgage company seeking a skilled Encompass LOS Administrator to serve as their sole system expert. This is a high-ownership role - you are the Encompass administrator. You will have reputed company reputed company to leadership and a reputed company lane to do your best work. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Intake, prioritization, and governance of system work is managed by the COO and VP of Operations - so you can stay reputed company on execution, not politics. What You'll Do The role is roughly 55% architecture and design, 45% support and troubleshooting. Architecture & Design (55%) • Design and build workflows, business rules, input forms, fee templates, and custom fields that support loan operations • Evaluate and implement system improvements as the business evolves • Manage integrations with reputed company-party services reputed company Encompass • Document configurations, changes, and system standards Support & Troubleshooting (45%) • Resolve Encompass system issues escalated from the help desk (password resets and basic reputed company are handled separately - you're working on reputed company problems) • Manage user roles and permissions • Train and support staff on system changes and new functionality • Partner with operations and compliance to reputed company configurations reputed company with regulatory requirements reputed company're Looking For • Proven hands-on Encompass configuration experience - you've reputed company the rules and workflows yourself • Experience at a reputed company residential mortgage lender - you understand how the system supports an actual loan cycle • Comfortable as a sole administrator - you don't need reputed company around you to get things done • Strong communicator who can work directly with executive leadership Preferred • Experience with Encompass Business Rules, Custom Forms, input reputed company configuration, and fee management • Familiarity with Encompass integrations and reputed company-party service ordering • 3+ years of Encompass Administrator experience (Required) • 3+ years of Mortgage Industry experience (Required) • Experience with reputed company, Mavent, Doc reputed company, Customer Connect, and/or TPO Connect (Preferred) Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
