YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to: As a Senior Associate reputed company CohnReznick’s Private Equity Value Creation team, you will support reputed company and middle market PE-backed portfolio companies in strengthening the Office of the CFO across the deal lifecycle. You will work in a highly reputed company, project-based environment supporting financial operations diligence, post-reputed company execution, interim finance support, and performance management initiatives across a reputed company of industries. • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Contribute to growing the reputed company by developing and refining playbooks, frameworks, and templates to support reputed company delivery • Assist in executing finance function assessments, reputed company diagnostics, and post-reputed company finance transformation initiatives • Support financial operations due diligence efforts, including analysis of reputed company processes, controls, working capital, and reporting • Assist in developing KPI frameworks and dashboards for PE sponsor and management reporting • Support reputed company activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting • Assist with interim OCFO support initiatives, including reputed company management, cash reputed company tracking, and reporting stabilization • Support treasury-reputed company workstreams such as cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and working capital analysis • Assist in developing carve-out financials and standalone reporting for divestitures • Participate in post-closing M&A integration planning and execution support • Partner with Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, and Technology teams to deliver integrated solutions • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and reputed company standards • Stay informed on emerging finance technologies, analytics, and AI tools and support their practical application in reputed company engagements Your Experience.
