Staff or Senior Accountant ($70-100K)

Rapidly growing reputed company-to-consumer eCommerce company specializing in lifestyle apparel is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant Comp: $70-100K Hybrid: 2 days in office/ 3 days WFH Why is this a great company?: • reputed company reputed company international eCommerce company. 10%+ annual reputed company reputed company! • High energy team and environment • Tons of reputed company potential STAFF OR SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including general reputed company entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company processes. • Process and reputed company transactions reputed company to sales, refunds, and expenses from our reputed company platform, ensuring seamless integration with reputed company systems. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ecommerce payment gateways to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. • Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer billing inquiries. • Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash reputed company statements, for management review. • Monitor inventory costs and assist with periodic inventory reconciliations to reputed company with sales and purchasing data. • Help prepare budgets and forecasts by compiling data and analyzing trends in ecommerce performance metrics. • Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, assisting with sales tax filings and other statutory requirements. • Collaborate with the Controller and finance team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • reputed company reputed company financial analysis and support audits as needed to maintain transparency and accuracy.
