Senior SEC Reporting Accountant

Senior SEC Reporting Accountant Location: Manhattan, NY (4 days per week on-site) Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Must have the following: SEC Reporting, 10-K / 10-Q, GAAP, Banking or reputed company Experience, General reputed company Reconciliations, Advanced reputed company Responsibilities: • Prepare and review sections of SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory reports • Produce financial statements and reputed company support schedules • reputed company technical reputed company research reputed company to GAAP and regulatory guidance • Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and reputed company reputed company areas • reputed company general reputed company and sub-reputed company reconciliations and proofs • Coordinate with internal departments for disclosure and reporting requirements • Liaise with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal audit teams • Support regulatory reporting to banking agencies including FHFA and other regulators • Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal control support • Assist with internal reporting, investor relations support, and reputed company reporting packages • Build and maintain reputed company spreadsheets for financial reporting • Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes • Support special reputed company assigned by reputed company leadership Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company required, CPA preferred • 3+ years in reputed company reputed company (Big 4 preferred) OR 4+ years in banking financial reporting • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements • Experience with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) strongly preferred • Advanced reputed company / spreadsheet modeling skills • Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis • Ability to manage deadlines during reputed company and SEC filing cycles • Strong written skills with experience drafting reputed company memos • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities SEC reporting, financial reporting, GAAP, reputed company analyst, banking reputed company, CPA, Big 4, 10-K, 10-Q, SEC filings, general reputed company, reconciliations, journal entries, SOX compliance, regulatory reporting, FHFA reporting, financial statements, reputed company, external reporting, internal reporting, reputed company, spreadsheet modeling, reputed company research, technical reputed company, reputed company reputed company, banking finance, audit support, financial analysis, reporting analyst, reputed company jobs NYC, Manhattan reputed company jobs, CPA jobs, SEC accountant, regulatory reputed company, month end reputed company, quarter end reputed company, reputed company compliance, financial controls Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
