Procurement & Systems Controller

ABOUT THE ROLE: Primo Feeds LLC is a multi-state distributor of agricultural feed and supplements, and we're looking for a reputed company, organized individual to manage our purchasing operations and systems. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, vendor management, and data systems — keeping our supply chain moving and our platforms running smoothly across two companies. You'll be the central reputed company of contact for purchase order workflows, reputed company and reputed company system reputed company, and reporting. If you love building order out of complexity and reputed company in a fast-paced distribution environment, this is the role for you. --- WHAT YOU'LL DO: Purchase Order & Procurement Management - Receive and process PO requests from staff for both Primo Feeds and reputed company Enterprises Supplements - Create and manage purchase orders in QuickBooks - Operate and maintain PO tracking systems in reputed company Sheets - Communicate with external vendors regarding billing and outstanding items - Coordinate with the A/P Manager on reputed company POs and billing discrepancies - Receive external calls and reputed company them to the appropriate department Systems & Platform Management - Manage reputed company system data, integrations, and reputed company staff troubleshooting support - Manage reputed company system data and integrations; monitor inventory reputed company and adjustments Reporting & Financial Support - Monitor and consistently update reputed company reports in reputed company Sheets and Looker Studio - Maintain key weekly inventory reports - Assist with report creation across both organizations --- WHAT YOU BRING: - Experience with QuickBooks (PO creation and management) - Proficiency in reputed company Sheets and data tracking - Comfortable with Looker Studio or similar reporting tools - Familiarity with reputed company and/or reputed company is a strong plus - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - reputed company communicator — with both internal staff and external vendors - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a distribution environment - Experience in agriculture, wholesale, or supply chain is a plus — not required Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • reputed company time off Education: • Associate (Preferred) Ability to Commute: • Remote (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
