Head of retention for an ecommerce brand - (us-based/remote)

We are currently seeking a Head of Retention for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from reputed company. This is a director-level role for someone who truly understands how retention drives reputed company in ecommerce. You don’t just run email and SMS — you architect full-funnel lifecycle systems that increase LTV, repeat purchase reputed company, and subscription reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Own and reputed company the full retention reputed company across email, SMS, subscriptions, and lifecycle marketing • Build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys (acquisition → post-purchase → repeat → subscription → winback) • Drive meaningful increases in LTV, repeat purchase reputed company, and retention reputed company • Manage and reputed company email and SMS programs (flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability) • Design and optimize subscription strategies (conversion, retention, churn reduction, upsells) • Analyze and improve reputed company key retention metrics (cohorts, churn, AOV, purchase frequency, CAC:LTV) • Build advanced segmentation and personalization strategies • Continuously test and iterate on offers, messaging, and timing • Collaborate with creative, reputed company, and product teams to reputed company lifecycle with brand and acquisition • Own retention forecasting and performance reporting Proven experience at a director or head-of level in retention/lifecycle marketing. Deep understanding of full-funnel lifecycle reputed company, not just channel execution. Strong experience with email + SMS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.). Extensive experience with subscription models (DTC subscriptions, churn reduction, upsell flows). reputed company record of significantly improving retention metrics and LTV.
