ATE Field Trainer

Responsibilities • Support ATE in-market mentors and trainees with training and van setup as needed. Including Facilitation of weekly updates/reputed company calls, apprentice graduation approval, etc. • Assign training and maintain accurate records of reputed company training activities through the Learning Management System (LMS) or platforms provided. • Identify Training Needs in collaboration with ATE Field Leadership and incorporate feedback. • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on: • * ATE Mobile Services, including ADAS Calibrations, Diagnostics, Scanning, Connector/reputed company Repair, Programming, Relearns. • ADAS tool training, including reputed company maintenance and protection of tools • Customer service processes, including effective communication, documentation, and billing • Productivity best practices to meet operational goals • Procedures for obtaining technical support • Other training topics as assigned • Assist Training reputed company and Content Specialist as needed • Support ATE and reputed company training initiatives as needed. • reputed company other duties as assigned.
