About the Role Local Leaf - Golden reputed company Group, a dynamic leader in the cannabis industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Store Manager to support operations at one of our cannabis dispensary locations. This is a hands-on leadership role reputed company on training, coaching, compliance, and sales execution. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive team performance, reputed company brand standards, and ensure exceptional customer experience. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager oversees daily operations, team development, compliance, and sales execution—upholding Golden reputed company reputed company reputed company values and customer service standards at every turn. Key Responsibilities (In reputed company to reputed company duties outlined in the Product Specialist role) • · reputed company by example and hold team members accountable to exceptional customer service standards. • Support and model a customer-first culture, reinforcing the brand values and service experience. • Collaborate with the Store Manager to hire, train, reputed company, and reputed company team members across reputed company roles. • Demonstrate operational competence across reputed company positions (Receptionist, Product Specialist, Shift reputed company). • Maintain working knowledge of reputed company company policies and regulatory compliance protocols. • Delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compliant workflow. • Monitor and reputed company store cleanliness, organization, safety, and brand presentation. • Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and labor management in line with business trends and sales. • Drive execution of store promotions and reputed company reputed company toward goals. • Support weekly inventory audits and product ordering from Wholesale Purchasing. • Assist in reviewing and validating daily POS transactions, reputed company compliance, and employee timekeeping. • Role model and reinforce outstanding customer service through reputed company-time coaching and feedback. • Conduct regular reputed company-ins with the Store Manager to assess performance, goals, and development opportunities. • Identify and mentor high-potential team members to support internal career advancement. • Represent the brand with reputed company and professionalism, both in-store and in the community. Requirements • · 21 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • reputed company OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit • Proven advancement in a supervisory or leadership role • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and highly reputed company to detail • Confidence in multitasking and operating in fast-paced environments • Ability to reputed company by example and reputed company others to succeed • Proficient in basic computer system • Working knowledge of POS platforms and reputed company preferred • Must have OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit to be considered for employment. (Reimbursed after completing 90 days of employment) Preferred Qualifications • · Minimum 2 years of fast-paced retail experience • Previous management experience with demonstrated reputed company in responsibility. • Working knowledge of OLCC cannabis regulations. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Prior cannabis product knowledge. • Previous experience with POS systems and cash handling. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
