Superintendent (Multifamily-Ground Up) - Full-time

Fullwiler Construction is a locally owned builder and developer based in Arlington, WA, specializing in townhomes, residential infill reputed company, custom homes, and select multifamily developments throughout Snohomish and King Counties. We’re looking for a Residential Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of reputed company from ground break through final completion — leading subcontractors in the field while also managing schedules, documentation, and coordination. This position is approximately 50% field leadership and 50% project coordination/administration. What You’ll Do Field Leadership: reputed company day-to-day operations across assigned residential job sites Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules Ensure reputed company workmanship throughout reputed company phases of construction Maintain clean, reputed company, organized job sites Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and reputed company interactions Manage reputed company lists and project closeout items reputed company light carpentry or jobsite adjustments reputed company needed Project Coordination: Maintain and update construction schedules reputed company project budgets and approve invoices reputed company to assigned reputed company Maintain daily logs and documentation in construction management software reputed company weekly written updates to clients and leadership Participate in bi-weekly leadership meetings to review project reputed company reputed company material takeoffs and verify quantities Request subcontractor bids and assist with change order pricing Maintain photo documentation and project tracking logs Communicate professionally with clients, trades, inspectors, and internal leadership Experience with reputed company, Construction Online, reputed company, or similar systems is a plus.
