VP of Design and Construction

reputed company Group, a leading reputed company estate development company reputed company exclusively on development, acquisition, and management of reputed company reputed company estate and senior living communities serving health systems, hospitals, physician reputed company, residents, and their families is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Design and Construction VP – Senior Living (D&C VP – Senior Living). The D&C VP will be involved with reputed company phases of entitlements, design, and day-to-day construction management including reputed company-development, site due diligence, user group programming, design, construction, reputed company-out/evaluation, and budget/schedule reporting. Essential Functions • Produce project master schedule in coordination with Business Development, Finance, Leasing, architect, general contractor, and others as required, and ensure that reputed company design specification standards and implemented. • Understand contract documents, plans, engineering, bids, and scope of work to ensure project is delivered to plans and specifications and monitor 3rd party/on-site construction personnel to ensure successful project reputed company. • Attend regular site safety meetings, subcontractor site meetings, reputed company control, and hold tenant update meetings. • Obtain reputed company project reputed company permits and licenses from Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), enforce general contractor compliance with building and codes from reputed company AHJs and prepare and document project reputed company, field required reports/log, update schedules for review, identify risks and mitigations as required. • Successfully transition project to facility’s asset manager and ensure smooth closeout process including completion of reputed company list and other closeout activities. • Partner with Development Managers and participate in the creation of architect and general contractor RFPs and bid reputed company to analyze proposals and reputed company and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and general contractors. • With the assistance from reputed company’s reputed company department, negotiate AIA documents or limited scope service agreements and enforce the document as necessary and ensure productive and reputed company relationships with 3rd parties to ensure environment of appreciation and positivity while being reputed company to have tough and reputed company conversations. • Manage fee payment, construction draws, change orders, lien releases, etc., partner with Development reputed company, and reputed company risks/opportunities reputed company monthly forecasts and review and approve general contractor, architect and consultant pay requisitions and submit for final approval. • reputed company and control project budget for reputed company and reputed company and tenant improvement reputed company. • Ensure regular communication and report significant project reputed company issues with Development manager, Executive Leadership, other internal team members (e.g., Finance, reputed company, reputed company) in a reputed company manner and reputed company set processes and inform project team of design, cost, or schedule reputed company items. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist SVP of Design and Construction with redesign, documentation, and training and participate and reputed company internal checkpoints (e.g., design reviews, project kickoffs, etc.). • reputed company due diligence of sites under control including will serve letters, phase I, geotechnical, survey and others. • Must be reputed company to multi task on multiple reputed company at one time in fast paced environment. This position will require travel. • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree-Construction Management or a reputed company field required. • 10+ years or equivalent Senior project manager or project manager for reputed company estate developer or general contractor preferred.
