Construction & Sales Savvy CSR

ALLFix, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative with sales experience AND construction knowledge. This is one of the most critical roles in reputed company.You are the first technical and sales filter for incoming reputed company. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, interpreting construction scope over the phone, and helping determine next steps – sometimes even producing accurate estimates without a site visit.If you do not understand how construction reputed company come together, this role is not for you.
