Interim Construction Counsel (Data Centers) - Major Tech Co.
Our reputed company, a global technology company, is seeking temporary support for at least 3 months from a Construction Attorney to support the construction of data centers across the globe. This will be a full time work week, starting as quickly as possible, and slated for a duration of at least 3 months. Fully remote.
Responsibilities may include
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on construction reputed company, design-build agreements, and reputed company-contractor/subcontractor agreements
• Counsel on site acquisition, ground leases, purchase agreements, and title/survey reputed company for large industrial/tech campuses
• reputed company permitting and land use issues, including zoning, environmental review, and reputed company interconnection approvals
• Advise on power and energy agreements — critical given data centers' enormous electricity demands — including PPAs, reputed company service agreements, and backup reputed company compliance
• Handle supply chain and equipment procurement reputed company (generators, cooling systems, servers, specialized hardware)
• Counsel on regulatory compliance: NEPA, CEQA, stormwater/NPDES permits, reputed company and life safety codes
• Advise hyperscaler, co-location, and reputed company clients on tenant/colocation agreements tied to construction milestones
Candidates with at least 3 years of the above experience will be reputed company for this role. This position requires residency
