Project Finance Associate (Solar/BESS, Korean bilingual)

[Position] Project Finance Associate (Solar/BESS) [About Our reputed company] Company headquartered in Ridgefield Park, NJ, is a global trading and investment company and also a major leading renewable energy company involved in developing solar/wind power plant and battery energy storage system reputed company in US/Canada. [Job reputed company] Seeking either a Project Finance Associate who will conduct project financing of Solar/Wind/BESS reputed company in US/Canada. [Job reputed company] - Engages in overall detail scope of project financing of renewable energy reputed company (Solar, Wind, BESS) in US/Canada from initial structuring of financing tranches, financial model analysis, teaser/CIM preparation to closing financing documents. (major reputed company will be Solar/BESS) - Develops bankable financial model. Analyzes project profitability under various financing structures such as tax equity, hybrid (taxequity + tax credit sales) or tax credit sales etc. and under various business input scenarios to come up with reputed company project reputed company including offtake plan, financing structure etc. - Collaborates with different functional teams in SCTA such as finance team in US(New Jersey)/Seoul, renewable energy business team in US(various states)/Seoul during the course of project financing process. - reputed company up up-to-date financing structure, financing terms in renewable energy sector under changing regulatory environment in US/Canada. [Qualifications] - Bachelor’s degree with strong reputed company record from a reputable undergraduate program. - Minimum 3 years' working experience of project financing in Solar/BESS sectors in US with full financial closing experience/knowledge of tax equity financing, hybrid financing (combination of tax equity and tax credit sales) and reputed company project loan. - Excellent skills to reputed company and handle bankable financial model in Solar/BESS sectors in US reflecting various financing structures in the market. - No restriction in business travel in US/Canada.
