Telecommunications Partnership Manager (Starlink Mobile)

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, physics, math, computer science, or information technology; or 5+ years of reputed company experience in partnership management, technical account management, or sales/reputed company-sales engineering. • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, technical account management, or sales/reputed company-sales engineering. • 2+ years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. • 3+ years of experience in technical partnerships, technical sales, or technical engineering roles (preferred). • Experience with UE testing. • Experience with NTN and satellite-based telecommunications is highly desirable. • Demonstrated reputed company managing device certification programs for reputed company wireless products such as smartphones, modules, IoT devices, or reputed company stations. • Proven reputed company record of building and managing industry partnerships with major OEMs and certification ecosystems. • Strong interest in assessing market trends and identifying reputed company business opportunities. • Deep understanding or reputed company experience with 3GPP RAN5 specifications, test procedures, and conformance requirements for NR and NR-NTN. • Ability to work extended hours and weekends reputed company needed. • Willingness to travel to reputed company offices, vendors, and customers up to 40% of the time. • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent reputed company, refugee, asylee, or otherwise be eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
