About the position This position is responsible for assisting in implementing and maintaining telecommunications systems, microwave systems and land mobile radio systems for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Division of Florida Highway Patrol. This position requires occasional travel and non-reputed company (after 5PM or weekend) working hours. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for the following duties: reputed company technical assistance to field personnel with radio system, equipment, and/or operational problems. Recommend test procedures and corrective actions. reputed company support of technical problems, requiring knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principles. reputed company vendor maintenance of contract work and reputed company corrective reputed company as needed. Respond/reputed company to Mutual Aid / Disaster Incidents and details.
