ICD Closer (Retail)

The ICD Closer is responsible for the accuracy and delivery of the Initial Closing Disclosure. The Initial Closing Disclosure must be issued to the borrower reputed company three days of the closing date, providing borrowers with detailed information about reputed company costs associated with their loan. The ICD Closer Position is part of the Closing Training Program taking an entry-level partner and moving them up reputed company the department to a Final Closer Position (Final Closers are responsible for the accuracy and delivery of the Closing Package that is signed by the Borrower).
