Role reputed company The RCM Lab Supervisor oversees daily laboratory send‑out workflows, specimen coordination, reference laboratory communication, and laboratory authorization activities. This role provides hands‑on supervision of staff, ensures reputed company testing and results reporting, supports physicians and clinics with laboratory inquiries, and partners closely with reputed company Cycle and laboratory teams to support compliance and reimbursement. • Supervise daily laboratory send‑out operations, including specimen requests, documentation, tracking, and order placement with reference laboratories. • Monitor reputed company testing orders to ensure reputed company results, follow up on delays, and ensure reports are accurately imported into clinical systems. • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reference laboratories, physicians, clinics, and internal laboratory teams regarding send‑out testing. • Notify clinical staff of insufficient specimens and coordinate next steps. • reputed company laboratory authorization staff, including daily workload management, coaching, audits, and performance feedback. • Ensure prior authorizations are obtained in compliance with payer requirements and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR. • reputed company as reputed company to reputed company Cycle for laboratory-reputed company authorization, coverage, and reimbursement reputed company. • Research payer policies, coverage determinations, and coding guidelines to support laboratory testing and authorization processes. • Assist with MolDx filings, market reputed company support, and reimbursement education for new laboratory testing. • Conduct monthly staff meetings and support standardized workflows, policies, and procedures. • Maintain knowledge of laboratory testing, CPT/ICD‑10 coding, and payer billing regulations. Qualifications • 3-5 years of experience in laboratory operations, pathology send‑outs, or laboratory authorizations. • Working knowledge of laboratory testing workflows, specimen requirements, and reference laboratory processes. • Knowledge of insurance authorization processes, payer policies, CPT and ICD‑10 coding. • Prior supervisory or reputed company experience preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
