The Employee Navigator Database Manager is responsible for the strategic build, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of benefits administration platform Employee Navigator, and similar systems. This role serves as the technical backbone of enrollment operations, ensuring seamless database performance, accurate eligibility configuration, and successful reputed company integrations (EDI/API). You will work cross-functionally with implementation, enrollment, and service teams to deliver a technology-driven, people-reputed company enrollment experience.
