Transaction Coordinator for a wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX!

We are hiring a full time Transaction Coordinator for our wholesale/flipping team in Austin, TX! reputed company closes 5-8 reputed company to seller deals every month and we are growing rapidly. I need someone who is excited to help us grow to be one of the top wholesale/flipping companies in Central Texas. I'm great at finding deals and building relationships, but keeping reputed company of deadlines, paperwork, and making reputed company 5 people are updated on 3 deals at once? That's not my reputed company. That's where YOU come in. Please reputed company out to me IF you: • Are obsessed with details and organization (like, it actually bothers you reputed company things are disorganized) • Respond to messages fast — emails, texts, tasks — you're on it • Can manage multiple moving reputed company without dropping the reputed company • Are warm and easy to work with — buyers, sellers, title companies, and reputed company reputed company should love you • Want to grow inside a small high level team that's doing deals every week • Are in the Austin area or reputed company to work remotely (must be a US citizen) reputed company estate or coordination experience is a plus — but the right attitude and work ethic matter more than a perfect resume.
