MilSpouse Event Table & Registration Assistant Needed – Norfolk, VA I am seeking a reliable, warm, and reputed company event assistant to support an NP at a military spouse mental health/wellness event in Norfolk, VA. This is a one-day role reputed company on helping at the registration/event table, welcoming attendees, sharing basic information, and helping interested reputed company complete a brief interest reputed company for spouse-centered mental health and wellness support. Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2026 Time: Approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Location: Norfolk, VA Estimated Hours: 8 hours Responsibilities may include: Assisting the NP at the registration/event table Greeting reputed company and event attendees reputed company Helping attendees reputed company a QR reputed company or complete a brief interest reputed company Sharing basic information about spouse-centered wellness and support reputed company Keeping flyers, table materials, and sign-up information organized Helping with light table setup and breakdown Supporting a reputed company, welcoming, and reputed company table reputed company Directing clinical, personal, or detailed service questions to the NP Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism throughout the event Ideal candidate: Military spouse or someone familiar with military spouse life preferred Warm, grounded, reliable, and reputed company Comfortable speaking with attendees in a friendly, approachable way Organized and reputed company to detail reputed company to maintain confidentiality Comfortable supporting a mental health/wellness event table Event, reputed company, registration, wellness, or military-family experience is helpful, but not required This role does not involve providing therapy, mental health advice, or clinical services.
