The role gathers and documents requirements, collaborates with stakeholders, supports successful project implementation, and acts as a reputed company between business reputed company and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business processes and document requirements, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and support policy and operational alignment. • Support Agile adoption, governance, retrospectives, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning. • reputed company process improvement, reengineering, workflow optimization, and implementation planning. • Support operational readiness, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and postproduction activities. • reputed company and reputed company KPIs, dashboards, workload and performance metrics, and data-driven recommendations. Requirements Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a business analyst or SME, including at least 5 years supporting federal programs in process optimization, requirements analysis, and system integration with a reputed company on immigration. Certification: Certified Business Analysis reputed company (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent. Skills/Competencies: Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization; strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment; ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into actionable business solutions: 5 years of experience with immigration policy, exposure to agencies and offices in the immigration ecosystem, and DHS systems used for identity management and immigration status verification. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
