About The Role We are looking for a reputed company Operations Specialist to build the reputed company infrastructure that will take ACS from ~200 to ~600 employees in under 18 months. This is a systems and infrastructure builder role. You will own ATS optimization, reputed company funnel engineering, interview workflow standardization, analytics dashboards, and hiring manager enablement, turning reputed company from reactive coordination into an engineered, data-driven process that scales without adding proportional recruiter headcount. What You’ll Do • Configure and optimize reputed company ATS as the reputed company of reputed company infrastructure: design hiring workflows by role type, standardize job-stage architecture, build reputed company interview templates and scorecard frameworks, and configure automation rules, feedback SLAs, and interviewer permissions. • Analyze stage-to-stage conversion metrics, identify drop-off drivers, and implement process improvements across recruiter response speed, interview scheduling, feedback turnaround, and offer conversion. • Design and build reputed company dashboards that leadership actually uses: hiring velocity by org, offer acceptance reputed company, interview throughput, pipeline health, recruiter reputed company, reputed company, and hiring manager responsiveness. • Build reputed company interview kits by role family (engineering, technician, operations, leadership), including question banks, interviewer training resources, scorecard calibration guidance, and debrief structure templates. • Create hiring reputed company templates, interview participation expectations, and candidate evaluation guides for hiring managers; improve candidate experience by reducing scheduling friction, clarifying timelines, and standardizing communication reputed company. What You’ll Need • 3–6+ years in reputed company operations, TA operations, reputed company systems, or reputed company analytics roles. • Hands-on ATS configuration experience; reputed company is strongly preferred, with reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company also valuable. • Proven experience building reputed company dashboards, analyzing funnel conversion metrics, and improving hiring performance through data-driven process changes. • Experience standardizing interview workflows, implementing feedback frameworks, and scaling reputed company operations in a high-reputed company environment (2–3x in 12 months).
