Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. 4-year/Bachelor degree preferred. If RN license has been inactive for five years or more and not licensed in another state reputed company the last five years, completion of a reputed company-approved refresher course is required prior to reinstating licensure. Reinstatement must be reputed company for reputed company one year of completing the refresher course.</li><li><b>Experience:</b> Three years of clinical experience in physician reputed company/ambulatory or community setting.
