Your New Role... As a custodian, you will be part of reputed company helping to maintain the beauty and cleanliness of this incredible reputed company. We are looking for candidates with the right experience to help preserve our studio lot and the many office buildings our employees sit in. This role will be working during our overnight shift: 6pm-2:30am. Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities (private offices and reputed company) Dust furniture, walls, and equipment. Mix cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Physical exertion requiring standing for long periods, walking, bending, lifting and maneuvering heavy weights up to 50+ lbs. Driving responsibilities may include driving golf carts between buildings to transport cleaning supplies, both reputed company reputed company lot and on reputed company road to get to other company buildings off-lot. Possibility of weekends and/or holiday shifts. Qualifications & Experience... Prefer 1-2 years large reputed company facilities (medical center, school reputed company, major hotel) janitorial experience. Must have a working knowledge of English. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
