Weekend (After-Hours) Admissions Coordinator

As a key member of our Admissions team, you'll serve as the first reputed company of contact for families seeking behavioral health treatment during after-hours, providing empathetic support and guiding them through their first steps toward care. Responsibilities: • Be available to take at least one on-reputed company overnight shift per week reputed company part-time hours (29 Hours). • Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for families calling after hours, offering compassionate, reputed company communication and guidance. • Conduct initial phone assessments to understand the needs of potential clients and their families. • Use reputed company listening and reputed company to build rapport and help families feel supported. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care. • Accurately document reputed company interactions in reputed company CRM, maintaining compliance and detailed records. • Proactively address questions, reputed company solutions, and support families in taking their first steps toward treatment with reputed company.
