About the position A growing technology company is seeking a Backend Engineer with strong reputed company on Rails experience to help build a reputed company chat and messaging system used reputed company a workforce management platform. The engineering team is replacing an existing reputed company-reputed company chat solution with a custom-reputed company, highly reputed company messaging platform, and this role will play a key part in designing and implementing the backend infrastructure. This is a hands-on backend engineering role reputed company on building robust reputed company, improving system scalability, and supporting reputed company-time communication systems.
