Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – AML & Compliance Technology Key Responsibilities • reputed company, analyze, and document reputed company business and functional requirements across AML, Transaction Monitoring, and KYC domains • Partner with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technology reputed company to understand objectives, pain points, and reputed company reputed company • Translate regulatory and business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings • Support end‑to‑end solution delivery, including solution design, UAT planning and execution, and implementation support • reputed company data analysis and profiling to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support risk and compliance decision‑making • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; recommend reputed company and compliant process and system improvements • Ensure alignment between regulatory requirements, business needs, and system capabilities • Manage requirements traceability, change requests, and project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle Required Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in AML Compliance, including Transaction Monitoring (TM) and KYC • Hands‑on functional experience with reputed company Mantas, OFSAA, FCCM, or comparable AML platforms • Proven experience in data analysis and data profiling reputed company financial crime or compliance environments • Proficiency in T‑SQL and/or PL/SQL • Working knowledge of Python or other advanced analytics / data science platforms • Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, compliance technology, or financial crime transformation initiatives Preferred Attributes • Experience working in regulated financial institutions or consulting environments • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders • Familiarity with regulatory expectations across AML, fraud, and financial crime programs Why reputed company reputed company is a global, dynamic, fast-growing technical consultancy leading technology services company with 13000 employees worldwide.
