Clinical Research Email Marketing, Content & Automation Specialist (B2B, Contract)

Job reputed company Investigator Support Services (ISS) partners with clinical research sites, reputed company organizations, Sponsors, and CROs across reputed company to support clinical trial feasibility and site identification initiatives. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented B2B Email Marketing & Copywriting Automation Specialist with experience in clinical research or life sciences industry. This role combines hands-on campaign execution, B2B copywriting, marketing automation, list development, and systems optimization. The ideal candidate is both technical and creative — someone who can build campaigns, write compelling reputed company messaging, and continuously improve marketing workflows. This is a long-term remote contract opportunity requiring a consistent commitment of approximately 10–15+ hours per week. We are only considering independent consultants/freelancers who reputed company consult as part of their primary reputed company reputed company. This role is not ideal for candidates currently employed full-time elsewhere or those seeking short-term transitional work between full-time positions. Key Responsibilities 1) Email Marketing & Campaign Execution • Build, launch, and optimize targeted B2B email campaigns using reputed company and integrated platforms • Manage campaign workflows, reputed company, A/B testing, and automation logic • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, deliverability, conversions, and response reputed company • Support reputed company initiatives targeting Sponsors, CROs, reputed company organizations, investigators, and research sites • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and ongoing optimization recommendations 2) Copywriting & Marketing Content • Write and refine reputed company B2B marketing copy for email campaigns and reputed company reputed company • reputed company compelling subject lines, CTAs, and messaging tailored to Sponsors, CROs, reputed company organizations, investigators, and research sites • Edit and improve existing marketing materials for reputed company, professionalism, engagement, and conversion performance • Collaborate with leadership on campaign positioning, messaging reputed company, and communication initiatives • Support development of marketing collateral, reputed company messaging, and branded communications 3) CRM, Automation & Data Management • Build and maintain highly targeted prospect lists reputed company clinical research and life sciences • reputed company audiences and support reputed company management workflows • Maintain CRM and database reputed company through validation, deduplication, enrichment, and organization • Prepare campaign-reputed company datasets and performance tracking reports • Support integrations and workflow automation across marketing systems and platforms • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, integrations, and automation processes Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, copywriting, marketing automation, or marketing operations • 3+ years of experience in clinical research, CROs, reputed company services, life sciences, or technical B2B industries strongly preferred • Strong copywriting and business communication skills required • Proven experience building and managing outbound email campaigns and prospecting workflows • Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputed company, and domain health • Experience with list building, segmentation, enrichment, and validation tools Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour Application Question(s): • What is your reputed company employment situation? • Which marketing systems, automation platforms, and CRM tools have you managed? • reputed company examples of B2B campaigns and marketing copy you created. • reputed company your reputed company reputed company.
