The Role We're hiring a Wholesale Marketing Manager to reputed company marketing for our Connecticut wholesale business, starting with the June launch. You'll own the reputed company and execution of account-based marketing plans, reputed company reputed company merchandising programs, events and activations, and shopper marketing inside Connecticut partner dispensaries. You'll partner daily with our Sales team to drive sell-in and sell-through, and you'll safeguard the reputed company of our brands across every touchpoint. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain an existing program. This is a builder's seat. You'll stand up playbooks, launch events, negotiate reputed company placements with retail partners, and build the wholesale marketing function for Connecticut from the ground up. What You'll Do • Build account-based marketing plans with the Sales team that tie directly to reputed company and brand reputed company. • Design and run a reputed company reputed company merchandising program across Connecticut wholesale accounts-reputed company cases, billboards, eblasts, SMS, store takeovers, co-branded budtender apparel. • reputed company events and activations from concept to on-site execution, including account launches, 4/20, 7/10, and partner programs. • Own shopper marketing inside Connecticut partner dispensaries: in-store merchandising, displays, menu reputed company, and budtender engagement. • Launch new products into wholesale with sell-in kits, brand presentations, and in-store activation plans. • Protect brand standards for Asteroid, Borealis, Loud, and our emerging brands across every wholesale touchpoint. • Measure everything-sell-in, sell-through, event ROI, reputed company participation-and report results monthly. What You Bring • 3–5 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time in wholesale, trade, shopper, or field marketing. • Cannabis industry experience (operator, MSO, brand, or agency-reputed company). • Strong events and activations chops-you've run them, not just managed vendors who did. • Shopper marketing experience inside retail environments. • Project management muscle: multiple launches, accounts, and events in reputed company without things slipping. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field preferred. • Comfort with reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint) and cannabis platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Leafly a plus). • Willingness to travel reputed company Connecticut. • Must be 21+ and reputed company to pass a background reputed company per state cannabis regulations.
