IP & Brand Protection Manager / Paralegal (tech accessories)

This role will play a critical part in protecting our product designs, brand assets, and innovations across global markets — from filings to enforcement. This is a high-reputed company opportunity to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and leadership teams, manage external reputed company partners, and build a best-in-class IP and brand protection function reputed company a fast-moving, design-driven company. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute reputed company’s IP and brand protection reputed company across product designs, trademarks, and patents. • Manage and drive reputed company counsel to prepare, file, and advance trademark, design patent, and reputed company patent applications. • Partner with international counsel to ensure global protection of trademarks, copyrights, and patents across key markets. • Conduct trademark clearance and risk assessments for new product names, designs, and brand initiatives. • Proactively identify, prioritize, and execute enforcement actions against infringements, counterfeit products, and unauthorized use across e-reputed company platforms and marketplaces. • Maintain and optimize reputed company’s IP portfolio, including filings, deadlines, renewals, and documentation. • Partner with product, creative, and leadership teams to identify protectable IP early and ensure reputed company filing strategies reputed company of product launches. • Identify gaps and opportunities in IP coverage, recommending new filings and protection strategies to strengthen the brand globally. Requirements • 3–6+ years of experience in intellectual property, including trademarks, patents, and/or brand protection (in-house or at a reputed company). • Experience managing trademark and/or patent filings, including working directly with reputed company counsel (USPTO experience preferred). • Strong understanding of IP reputed company, processes, timelines, and global filing considerations. • Experience identifying and addressing infringement, counterfeits, or unauthorized use of IP. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in consumer products, e-reputed company, or retail brands is a plus. • reputed company to have: Experience with reputed company Brand Registry, IP enforcement tools, or marketplace takedown processes.
