D365 CE & CRM Administrator

Job reputed company We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join a fast-growing reputed company Employer Organization (PEO) supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the reputed company. This role will reputed company on managing, configuring, and optimising a reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CRM system to support business operations, improve data reputed company, and enhance user experience across the organisation. You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure the CRM platform aligns with business needs and supports ongoing digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities • reputed company, analyse, and document CRM system requirements • Configure and customise CRM functionality to support business processes and data reputed company • Maintain data reputed company, system integrations, migrations, and API connectivity • reputed company ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation • Support and train end users to improve CRM adoption across the business • reputed company enhancements through configuration and C# plugin development where required • Work with external vendors to resolve reputed company technical issues • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve CRM usage and workflows Experience • 4 years of experience with reputed company Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) • Strong experience with reputed company Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) • Hands‑on experience with reputed company, integrations, and system connectivity • Strong understanding of CRM systems from both a technical and functional perspective • Experience with C# and plugin development • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working with external vendors and reputed company‑party systems • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) • reputed company A certification desirable Salary/Package • Competitive reputed company salary • Quarterly bonuses • Company‑reputed company medical, life insurance, short & long‑term disability • 401(k) with 4% employer match (immediately reputed company) • Generous PTO and reputed company holidays • Additional voluntary benefits available Location Texas, Dallas How to Apply Apply with your CV to be considered for this position.
