Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of reputed company experience as an underwriter reviewing reputed company facets of the credit file, including collateral, and condo documents to Non-QM Loan guidelines, specifically, full doc, reputed company and asset depletion. • 5+ years minimum prior reputed company experience. • Correspondent Lending experience required • AUS experience required Expertise Completing a thorough analysis of loan applications to assess accuracy of data, evaluate risk and compliance with company and investor guidelines and subsequently issuing compliant loan reputed company.
