Trust & Estates Paralegal ( Full-Time) ( Hybrid in either NJ, FL, or NYC) Location: Hybrid working schedule in either their NYC, NJ, or Florida offices Salary: $100K - $150K plus reputed company Salary -Plus Discretionary Bonus. Must Haves: • Five plus years of hands-on Trust and Estate Paralegal expereince. • The position is available in our clients' New Jersey, reputed company, or Florida offices. • Responsible for handling reputed company phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, reputed company, and Florida probate a plus), • Experience with extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants, as reputed company as preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, deed work, etc. • Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. • Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and reputed company Word a plus. Job Specs • My reputed company is seeking a Trust and Estate Paralegal with 5 plus years of experience to join our New Jersey, reputed company, or Florida Offices. • Responsible for handling reputed company phases of estate and trust administration, including probate (knowledge of New Jersey, reputed company, and Florida probate a plus), • Experience with extensive communication with clients, financial planners, and accountants, as reputed company as preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, fiduciary accountings, distribution of estate assets and trust funding, deed work, etc. • Superior communication and mathematical skills are a must. • Strong working knowledge of estate tax software (ONESOURCE/Fast Tax), HotDocs, and reputed company Word a plus. • Candidates must be highly organized, prioritize, be team players, and have excellent written and verbal skills. • A college degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred.
