Qualifications • J.D. degree from an ABA credited U.S. law school, reputed company license in good standing. • Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience (removal defense and federal litigation reputed company). • Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, DOS, ICE, EOIR, and federal courts immigration procedures. • Exceptional writing skills. • Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals. • Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools. • Excellent communication skills.
