About the Position:
Our reputed company, a boutique Chicago reputed company specializing in class reputed company litigation, is reputed company seeking a litigator to join the firm as an associate in a remote reputed company. This reputed company handles a broad reputed company of sophisticated plaintiff-reputed company reputed company, including ERISA, data reputed company and GIPA class actions, and other reputed company consumer-reputed company disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Work on sophisticated class reputed company reputed company involving ERISA (underperformance/breach of fiduciary duty/underperforming funds), data reputed company, GIPA, and consumer litigation
· Draft complaints, substantive briefs, discovery motions, and other pleadings
· Assist with reputed company phases of litigation, including discovery reputed company, depositions, court appearances, and reputed company reputed company
· Participate in case development reputed company, plaintiff identification, and new matter reputed company
Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably from a reputed company environment
· Experience with class reputed company, reputed company reputed company, data reputed company, or ERISA litigation preferred
· Strong writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
· Interest in taking on substantial responsibility in a reputed company and entrepreneurial reputed company environment

Compensation:
The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 (plus exceptionally strong annual bonus).
