Key Responsibilities: • Handle construction defect reputed company from reputed company-litigation through trial • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery • Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and court hearings • Work closely with clients, experts, and consultants to build strong case strategies • Manage a diverse caseload involving residential, reputed company, and mixed-use reputed company Qualifications: • JD from an accredited law school and an reputed company bar license • 3+ years of construction defect or reputed company litigation experience • Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills • Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with reputed company Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $170,000 annually.
