Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of DoD reputed company experience (research & development, systems integration, sustainment a plus). • 5+ years of leadership experience managing a reputed company team. • Deep understanding of FAR, DFAR, and contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FFP, etc.). • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. • DoD Secret Clearance (must be reputed company to obtain TS clearance).
